Das Hotel bietet eine schöne Möglichkeit mitten in Kreta eine schöne Zeit zu haben. Die Ausstattung ist toll, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Personal ging auf alle Wünsche ein. Alle Empfehlungen des Personals waren immer sehr zufriedenstellend.

Das einzige, was uns nicht gefallen hat war, dass das Hotel von vielen Familien besucht wurde.

We stayed here with a group of friends. We liked it very much.

Spacious apartment with direct access to a pool, offering delicious food and refreshing drinks.

The apartment was not in perfect condition; some elements were broken or not working, such as the night lights in the bedroom. The bar often lacked staff, requiring waits for drinks.

What was the highlight of T Hotel Premium Suites

Felt comfortable but not spoiled

We had a swim up suite, with two spacious rooms and an excellent semi-private pool, getting direct sun for half the day. The view is magnificent. The main pool is also comfortable and nice, it’s 1.50m deep all around, with a separate shallow water pool for toddlers. All-inclusive drinks, although not branded, were good, including the coffee and beer. Plenty of parking. Staff was really nice and willing to help, even though few of them spoke little to no English. Three individual a/c in the suite, and 3 smart TVs, made it very comfortable. It’s a very small resort, on the outskirts of a small town, that offers no more than a nice accommodation and basic food and drinks, and for that I think the value for money ratio is pretty good. I would recommend for a short stay (2-4 days) and with a car.

The food is OK at best, no refills for run out food. We went out for lunch on some days to enjoy a more authentic cuisine, if you don’t do that you really miss out. Water in the shower changes from scorching hot to freezing cold (probably has to do with the heating system and/or the number of rooms using the shower at that time). People in the main pool are apparently allowed to play loud music on top of the music already playing at the bar, which can cause a headache. A car is a must, there is nothing in a reasonable walking distance, especially in the heat of summer.

Good

It is a nice little hotel with beautiful apartments and a magnificent view on the mountains. We had a swim up room and that is highly recommended! Location is okay, Bali is a cute village but if you don't have a rental car like us it is a good twenty minute walk to the first beach of the village (if you want to go to the beach where you can get the complimentary sunbeds then it is at least a 40 minute walk).

The All Inclusive was not very good. The food was okay but there is not a whole lot of choice. Usually 8 hot suggestions (always two meat and a fish option and pasta) and there are also some cold dishes to choose from (salads and fruit). The drinks were very limited and not the best quality unless you ordered something from the bar, but at the bar you had to wait a lot of the times for the staff to help you. What we also missed, there is accept from the pool noting else to do for children and there us zero entertainment. But I guess that is way it is a boutique resort. If you like peace and quiet then this is the resort to be! For us was the unfriendliness of the staff the thing that we disliked the most. We stayed there for 13 days in July but not even once was there a smile or a friendly chat from the staff accept from the housekeeper (she was great). But the staff in the restaurant, reception and bar looked very bothered if you asked them for anything. Yess we saw that they were very busy and work bery long days, but a little smile sometimes goes a long way.

Our 1st holiday all inclusive and could not have been more perfect

Fantastic location, situated within a valley surrounded by mountains. Our apartment with swim up pool was East facing so you have sun all morning through to 2pm.

Nothing to complain about, you do need a car due to its location but everything was brilliant

Great hospitality, comfort and value

Incredible value when taking into account the spacious room, facilities and food.

The only issue we had was that there were some bugs in the room's shared swimming pool. I understand that this was probably caused by the mountainous area. The public pool near the bar was very clean, however.

Nice place, good value!

The pools were really nice and clean and the suite was really comfortable. The staff was really helpful and kind at all times. We really enjoyed our stay and we did not have to move anywhere; we just stayed there all the time!

The food buffet was OK, especially the local dishes which were really good. However, the buffet could include some more "branded" items, e.g. for drinks and ice cream. The coffee machine was a bit old with so-and-so outcomes!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Le logement était très beau et spacieux, le lit était extrêmement confortable et la propreté était impeccable. Le personnel a été très accueillant et efficace. Seul petit bémol, le buffet était bien mais manquait un peu de variété. Malgré cela, nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour agréable et reposant.
